Position Summary
We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, capable of leading multidisciplinary teams under both agile and traditional methodologies. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and deliverables, coordinating with clients and internal teams in a bilingual environment.
Key responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor projects using MS Project for schedule, resource, and dependency management.
Manage the backlog, sprints, and work boards in JIRA, ensuring progress visibility for stakeholders.
Apply agile methodology principles.
Coordinate with technical teams, clients, and vendors to ensure objectives, scope, and quality are met.
Identify risks, manage scope changes, and propose mitigation plans.
Prepare project status reports and executive presentations for senior management.
Facilitate communication between technical and business teams, acting as the main point of contact.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
Proficiency in MS Project.
Hands-on experience with JIRA (project administration, boards, reporting).
Knowledge and application of agile methodologies.
Bilingual (Spanish-English), with fluent oral and written communication skills in both languages.
Leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master (PSM/CSM), or similar certification — desirable.
Nice-to-have qualifications (if required)
Experience in foreign trade (customs processes, international logistics, customs management systems, or projects related to organizations such as the World Bank/IDB).
