Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and play a key role in shaping and optimizing our global recruitment processes. In this role, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment while ensuring alignment with Webb Fontaine's policies and guidelines across multiple countries. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract top talent and enhance the overall candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and drive the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles across different global locations.
• Ensure consistent hiring processes and best practices are implemented across all affiliates while adapting to local market needs.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to build a strong talent pipeline using various recruitment channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, provide guidance on market trends, and support effective hiring decisions.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, documentation, and employer branding initiatives.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in hiring.
• Stay updated on global hiring trends and best practices to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably with a focus on global recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of IT industry roles, market trends, and sourcing techniques.
• Experience in managing international hiring processes and adapting recruitment strategies for different regions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different time zones.
• Highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented with a strong ability to multitask.
• Fluency in English (French knowledge will be a big plus).
