Position Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Machine Learning Specialist to join our innovative team. In this role, you will contribute to developing cutting-edge AI/ML solutions aimed at revolutionizing trade facilitation. Our mission is to create impactful products that enhance global trade, enrich communities, and drive economic growth worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced machine learning algorithms tailored to solve complex challenges.
• Develop and fine-tune models to explore, evaluate, and showcase the latest AI/ML techniques.
• Conduct research to apply emerging methodologies to existing projects and improve current AI strategies.
• Optimize the performance of AI models, focusing on accuracy, processing speed, and efficient resource utilization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into scalable, production-level systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning, with a strong focus on NLP and/or computer vision.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Deep understanding of machine learning and deep learning principles and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with NLP, computer vision, and deploying models in production.
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks, particularly PyTorch.
• Strong programming skills in Python, with expertise in ML libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, and Matplotlib.
• Solid foundation in mathematics, statistics, and linear algebra.
• Experience with risk management models is an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
• Excellent knowledge of English for effective communication and documentation.
